pet peeves (just ask his wife a two daughters), he
founded CustomConsult for two basic reasons:

From as early an age as he can remember, Tom’s core motivation has been to discover and share resources, tools and experience to accelerate their success. (Ask him about getting the school bus routes adjusted in 2nd grade.)

This motivator has driven a common thread through his 25-year career. As a senior executive and leader helping dozens of companies achieve their operational, cost reduction and revenue goals, Tom has overseen enterprise-wide and area-specific improvement initiatives for small, mid-sized and Fortune 250 organizations, including Fleet Bank, Pearson Education, MetLife, HSBC, Allstate, Thomson Reuters, Campbell’s Soup and Comerica Bank to name a few.



A Market Need

Tom recognized, however, that small to middle market businesses represented an underserved market – lacking standardized consulting delivery and quality. He met the opportunity head on, leveraging a standardized approach and an ever-increasing array of supporting, quality resources to launch CustomConsult.
